Ferro Bar & Cafe Review

I had been going here for at least 10 years in the early 2000’s consistently back when Frank and the brothers brought a vibe to the place.

I haven’t gone or ordered from them in the last 6 years. A lot has changed. I ordered the Magic Mushrooms, and the Capalleni from UberEats since we are in a COVID-19 lockdown.

What was delivered was overdone spaghetti noodles in a red sauce that I could have made at home. The mussel’s, shrimp and squid were unremarkable and boring.

Worst of all was the Magic mushroomed. The special sauce in them tasted “off”. Later on it gave us diarrhea. That’s all we needed with the COVID-19 scare. I called Ferro’s to tell them of our experience and they said to ask Uber for a refund. They didn’t care that their food was sub-par and unsafe.

Overall disappointed in Ferro’s and if you were ever a regular customer, I’m sure you quit therm a long time ago.
