Nodo Liberty Village – Dinner Visit, June 28th, 2025

Visited on a bustling Saturday evening when the patio was nearly packed. Clearly we weren’t the only ones with this dinner idea. Thankfully, we snagged a sweet in-between table: half indoor, half patio, nestled in a corner by some rather convincing fake flowers. Fake, yes, but charming nonetheless.

Nodo has ambiance in spades. Whether you’re parked on the patio or tucked inside, it feels good to be there. The energy is relaxed but elevated, and the view of Liberty Village from the patio makes the setting even better.

Now, the food. We started with the chicken wings. Juicy, crisped up right, and definitely worth ordering again. The “bruschetta” here is their own spin: think pizza-meets-bruschetta, with a chewy Neapolitan-style crust, a mountain of chopped fresh tomatoes, and a soft snowfall of cheese. It was bright, fresh, and delicious. A carb-lover’s dream.

The tiramisu was tasty and just the right size for a desert.

Cocktails were solid too. The Negroni was done right, well balanced and not stingy on the pour.

Service was smooth even though the place was busy, and honestly, no complaints from start to finish. A great spot for a date, catching up with friends, or impressing visiting parents who say they just want something casual (but still expect good taste and better cocktails).
