Last Call Review
584 College St, Toronto, ON · Little Italy & Dovercourt
We went to Last Call aka 584 College Street on Saturday, October 4, 2025, for the Hotstepper annual party and had a great time.
As an event space, it’s larger than most bars along College Street, so there’s room to actually dance without bumping elbows every few seconds. The neon lighting stands out right away, giving the place a blue and pink glow that sets a solid 90s-club tone. The sound system is excellent, and the DJ’s mix of old-school hits sounded clean, not distorted like you get in smaller venues.
The bar itself runs nearly the length of the first room, so you don’t wait long to order. Drinks are around $10 each—pretty standard for College Street—but the rum and ginger ale tasted light, even after four rounds. The vibe was still great, but the watered-down drinks take a star off.
Washrooms are downstairs, unisex, and kept organized thanks to an attendant who makes sure things stay decent. Between the music, lighting, and easy layout, it’s a solid venue for live DJ parties. Just don’t expect strong rounds of libations.
No pics of the club, I was too busy dancing from the start 😀
