I ordered from House of Gourmet about 3 times using Uber Eats. The first time, I was really impressed with the ginger and onion lobster. It was fresh, sweet and tasty. It wasn’t too saucy like the black bean experience which I hate.
The second time, the ginger and onion lobster was not sweet and there was some slight slime to the lobster as though it was old. You get two lobsters, but it’s one order. I thought it was just a one off.
Most recently, I not only ordered the same kind of lobster, but also a ginger and onion crab. Well who told me to do that! When my Uber Eats order arrived, the crab was covered in a yellow gooey slime and tasted off. The lobster had a white glistening sticky slime. Both shellfish were repulsive. It really makes you wonder why you v would eat such nasty looking scavengers.
F tard Uber Eats would not reimburse me for the garbage order, so I am leaving this review. Do not order any shellfish from House of Gourmet. Their seafood is painfully geriatric and filthy and you will be wasting your money and perhaps vomiting for days if you persist.
