Essence of Life Organics Review

My very first visit to this place was because of the reviews on Yelp. When we got there we were impressed with the size and selection of the store and the plethora of customers milling about the place. Overwhelmed, we asked a Chinese looking woman who was helping a customer if she worked there. She said yes in a gruff manner with half her body ready to turn away, and slightly taken aback I asked for the specific products I was there to buy. I also threw in her name, "Jean", and in doing so her countenance immediately shifted for the better. After that we were able to enjoy our experience at the store.

So yes, the owner "Jean" can be a mean bitch, but if you address her by name from the beginning and with some purpose she quickly behaves.
