Westwood Grill Pan-Asian Cuisine Review

This was a Uber Eats order delivered on Feb 13, 2025

They are called “Royal Asian Cuisine” in the app.

There is nothing “royal” about their food.

I wasn’t expecting a five-star meal, but I was at least hoping for something fresh and decent. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark completely. The beef was way too chewy—tough and lacking freshness. The chicken wasn’t any better; it tasted like it had been sitting around for too long.

Everything tasted bland, and the textures were off—even the vegetables didn’t taste right.

The biggest letdown was that nothing seemed to be made with traditional Chinese ingredients or flavors. So why does this Asian restaurant even bother cooking these dishes?

Right in the garbage it all went!

I complained to Uber Eats and used the full refund they gave me to reorder from an actual Chinese restaurant through the app.

I want UberEats to remove this restaurant from their app, not just because of the poor food quality, but also because their listed name doesn’t match their actual name, Westwood Grill. I confirmed it using Google— the pickup location matches this address.
