TUMI Store - Sherway Gardens Review

This TUMI location had excellent eye candy luggage, and excellent helpful customer service from a nice young lady. I noted the other reviews and checked the quality of straps and such, but didn't notice anything untoward. Hopefully they got their quality control and customer service divisions sorted out. Didn't buy anything yet, but a gift certificate for a relative was what we had in mind so they could choose for themselves. Such a selection of beautiful looking luggage! One question we thought about when we got home - is where is the stuff made? Perhaps when we find that out we may go back and get that gift certificate.
