BMW Etobicoke Review

First time visiting Etobicoke BMW for a scheduled tire swap (summer to winter) and an oil change, and it might’ve been the best “car maintenance” experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and shown the lounge and complimentary drinks station. But this wasn’t your typical cold-chair-waiting-room experience. There were several cozy, private seating areas, each with its own TV, like little introvert pods designed for civilized waiting. Genius.

After settling in with our hot drinks, we were greeted by “Dee” who introduced himself with a genuine smile and warm energy that immediately made us feel like regulars. Kudos to him.

Service took just under two hours, but with a well-designed waiting area and a machine making delicious caffeine filled lattes, it felt like less. No loud noises, nothing disruptive. Just peaceful oil-changing serenity.

We found out ahead of time that they store your tires for free. Unlike PFAFF BMW, where apparently the tires are stored in the vault from Mission: Impossible based on the pricing. That alone was our initial reason for switching over, but now? We’re not going back. Etobicoke BMW has officially won us over.

Great customer service, great perks, and zero dealership pretension. This will be our new home for BMW servicing.
