The Dorian, Autograph Collection Review

We ate at the Dorian’s Wilde on 27 rooftop restaurant on Sept 19th, 2022

The seats were comfortable, the view was scenic, and the service was good.

The cocktails were amazing. The bartender certainly knew what they were doing when they made those drinks.

The food was not impressive however. There was a general lack of effort in the flavour department. More garlic, onions, marjoram, dill, thyme, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce ——anything! Don’t let the pictures and videos fool you. That bone marrow was as boring as it gets, and so was everything else.

It was a birthday celebration for me, and our server gave me a lovely desert cake.

Overall, go to this restaurant for the drinks and the great social atmosphere, but eat somewhere else ahead of time and save some $$$$.
