My Ninja Movers Review

Used them in April 2017. Pros: These 3 guys we had from Ninja Movers were very good at maneuvering our sofas through doorways. Cons: In the end they broke a few items and seemed perplexed when it was pointed out to them, as though the items were broken to begin with. No apologies for the broken stuff. They took way too long unloading the furniture and my friend had to pitch in and help them. The older, distastefully chauvinistic male practically begged for a tip at the end of the very expensive move, and in order to get rid of him we relented. Imagine moving a 2 bdrm condo a total of 12 big city blocks costing $1250.00 + forced tip?! We complained to Ninja Movers and were given a measly $150.00 back IF we refrained from writing a bad review. Well, I'm writing an honest review after seeing all of these 5 star accolades on Google Reviews. We only used these movers because of these positive reviews. This company is so unprofessional that i believe the company's social media person is using Fiverr or a similar outfit to buy positive reviews and post them on here. Seriously, how can they send such a ridiculous jerk off to our home, send another young man in training, break several of our items, stretch out the time on the unloading period, and beg for a tip, without anyone except us complaining about it on Google Reviews?
