These people faded my pants. All of theses dry cleaners end up sucking sooner or later, and we just end up going back or finding another douche cleaner to go to, who will probably send it to the same central location . I'm investing in a steamer and doing it myself. As far as alterations go, take your clothes to a reputable seamstress or tailor. Do not have any of these dry cleaners do even a minor alteration. if it doesn't come out completely messed up, it will eventually rip again, or the button will pop loose when you least expect it.
