The security guards who do the concierge service at 1100 King Street West seem incapable of handing out your mail parcels and packages. They won't email, or call you when your package arrives, and will have your package sitting there for days. Then when you call them, depending on who you talk to, they'll say they don't have a package for your unit. If you go downstairs and ask them face to face, they'll say they don't have it in the book. Then suddenly, one day after you've pulled your hair out investigating where the package might have gotten lost, they will "find" your package. I've wasted my time doing this several times now.

It is infuriating. The South Asians have a monopoly on the security aspect at our building, and it appears to be a language barrier. Garda World has to hire people who take pride in doing a professional job.
