The receptionist who answered on Friday December 18th at 1500hrs is going to lose business for this orthodontist. I spent 5 minutes explaining what Invisalign night retainers were to her until she understood that I simply need another set of retainers.

I told there the situation was that my current dentist does not do Invisalign retainer replacement and I pay out of pocket for cleaning and X-rays which I recently had. The dense receptionist insisted that I would need a $150 exam and new X-rays. I said the X-rays by my current dentist could be viewed online. She continued to price gouge me and I resisted. She was very passive aggressive and said maybe that’s possible, but I perhaps I wanted to see another orthodontist for my issue.

I said your business is advertised online as an emergency service! She said we are not an emergency service. So I said I would make the correction for them.

Fort York Dentist falsely advertises as an emergency dental service with an orthodontist on Google. Do not waste your time with these people who are price gouging unprofessionals.
