Cheap, cheap, cheap. Do not buy or rent at 629 King Residences. It's an unfinished mess of a building with inferior quality and workmanship. Peter Freed the developer made sure of that. If cardboard could have been used in the construction, it would have been. Noisy neighbours that you can hear, uncompleted construction, and a general ugly feel about this condo is the order of the day and night. It's makes for a perfect AirBnB rental in a great location though.
