Visited for lunch on Mother's Day 2023:

The Calypso Grill is a hidden gem of a restaurant nestled in West Bay on Grand Cayman Island. . This little spot never fails to impress with its delectable offerings, and our recent visit on Mother's Day was no exception. The Seafood Rundown, was a sublime medley of fresh lobster, shrimps, scallops, as well as mussels. The flavors were expertly balanced with the rich and creamy coconut milk sauce.

But no meal at the Calypso Grill would be complete without their legendary Sticky Toffee Pudding. This divine dessert is a true masterpiece at this restaurant, combining the warmth of a traditional British pudding-cake with the tropical twist of a velvety toffee sauce. With a side of vanilla ice cream of course!
