BarChef Review

Bar Chef Toronto was a disappointment. We really wanted to enjoy the drinks from the "Modernist" menu, but what they lacked in taste (even with foams, gelatins, and spirits) still couldn't be made up for in originality. All we wanted were good, mind-blowing drinks. Instead, we had to be satisfied by the tasty foods that were better than average. If you want overpriced, mediocre tasting drinks, presented with lavish fanfare, and a wordy soliloquy, go to Bar Chef. If you just want a good tasting cocktail in a super nice looking place, go to Weslodge (where we ended up going afterward).
