The firmness support of the bed In the last few months ha has degraded. We have noticed we are sinking at the buttock area in the bed. The middle of the bed is still firm and created a hump. We have a a boxspring, but that’s not the problem. The mattress is defective after less than a year for two people weighing less than 160lbs each.
How do you send a picture of what a mattress “feels” like?
