Just Eat Canada Inc. Review

After using them for a few years, I can say Just-Eat is the worst of all the food delivery services in Toronto.

A recent example: They had no problems having my order to R&D Chinese put through, charged my card, and then 45 minutes later cancelled the order! This was at 9:10pm when all the good resto's were stopping delivery! I called R&W and they said they had cancelled their contract with Just-Eat "a few days ago". Well how odd that I could still put in an order. So I called Just-Eat to complain about the situation.

For the inconvenience, I thought I should get $10 off my next order. I spoke to a girl named "Katie" who kept addressing me as "sir" because of my husky voice from a cold, and she said without missing a beat , "I see that you have been given $25 and $75 in previous years sir so I can't do anything for you". I said that's how much I use your service and how much you've messed up. She persisted. I persisted. She said she would have a service rep get back to me within 24hours.

Stay tuned to see if I ever use Just-Eat again.

UPDATE:
SO customer service contacted me and left a message that I had a $10 coupon waiting for use on the next order. I don't know how long it will be good for, because I have no intention of using Just Eat again.
